A graduate of Liberty University, Joe has experience working with individuals and couples. He has worked with adults in the clinical inpatient setting as well as children, adolescents, adults, and couples in private practice. His primary focus is working with the adult population in individual, family, and couples therapy. Specialty areas of practice will include Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), chronic health issues, and men’s issues.
A life-long resident of this area, Joe believes in the importance of family and community support, especially as we face the trials of life. Joe is a former U.S. Marine who believes in the constant renewal of hope and in the resiliency of humankind. Joe looks forward to working with those individuals or couples who are suffering through life issues, burdens, or grief to help them in the renewing of the positive, joy filled life we are designed to live.
Joe enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. His heart is fully focused on serving God through the ministry of counseling and spending as much time with his family as possible. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish. He also enjoys college football.
